- "The Career Centre at Charity Village brings Canada's forward thinking nonprofit organizations together with creative, computer literate, internet-savvy managers and professionals --- the kind of people needed to deal with the challenges of the 21st century." The Career Centre allows a job seeker to easily browse or search its job database for positions in Canada. There is also the possibility of just looking at the most recently posted job listings, which is updated daily. The Career Centre also offers advice in creating a resume and developing a personal market strategy.

- Civil Society International
- The site offers a list of links to nongovernmental organizations with job openings all over the world, though they specialize in jobs in Central and Eastern Europe. A person can also search the Center's large archive of current international jobs, internships and volunteer positions. The Center for Civil Society also posts current conferences, exchange programs, grant opportunities, and partnership requests. This site is very useful for people looking for jobs overseas, especially in Asia and Eastern Europe.

- The Fund for Public Interest Research
- FFPIR is a national, nonprofit, grassroots organizing network working with progressive organizations to solve some of the country's most pressing environmental, consumer, and government accountability problems. Their current campaigns are with the Sierra Club, Human Rights Campaign, the State PIRGs, and numerous other groups. They offer mainly salaried, managerial fundraising positions, and they also have conservation-related summer openings. You can apply on-line.

- The Idealist web page is a project of Action Without Borders. Action Without Borders' mission is to create "a global coalition of individuals and organization working to build a world where all people can live free, dignified and productive lives." Action Without Borders is a global coalition of individual and worldwide organizations and is independent of government, political ideology, or religious affiliation. The Nonprofit Career center site within the idealist web page allows people to search for Jobs and Internships anywhere in the world or U.S.A. It is also possible to browse all current job openings in the world or just the U.S.A. A person can also post their resume on the site. There is free e-mail list subscription available to receive daily updates on new listings of Jobs and internships.

- Philanthropy News Network
- The Network is a very user friendly site, calling itself "the voice of the nonprofit world and the marketplace for products and nonprofit needs." You can search for nonprofit jobs by region, using the clickable map, or search for a specific job title. PNN posts current national and international job listings. This site features job alert, an e-mail service that sends out updates on jobs in the non profit sector. Looking for some extra help with grant writing or fundraising? There are online classes available here too. Current events in the nonprofit area are also posted on this site.

- World Teach
- The mission of World Teach is to give individuals the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to international education in developing nations. Summer teaching opportunities as well as 10-11 month opportunities are available. Summer positions are available in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Namibia, Poland, South Africa, and China teaching English, studying the language and engaging in cross-cultural activities. Year-long programs are available teaching English and other subjects in Chile, Namibia, Guyana, China, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Pohnpei (Micronesia), and the Marshall Islands.
